Online Prescription Refill

To order a prescription refill for your pet,

Step 1: Fill out and submit the form below.
Step 2: Please allow up to two (2) days for us to process your refill request.
Step 3: Come by to pick up your refill at your convenience.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for prescriptions not picked up within 14 days. Special order items will be assessed a 20% restocking fee if not picked up within 14 days.

Your phone number will be used for contact purposes only. It will never be given away to anyone outside of Battle Ground Veterinary Clinic.
